Here are some examples of projects that we have completed, with genuine images from the actual jobs to help convey the quality that we strive to offer.
Water Damage Remediation
Sometimes pipes in older homes burst due to aging. Maybe it was your refrigerator, or an upstairs toilet with a bad seal. A window? While its not always necessary to replace all of the plumbing, often it might be necessary to do a repair of this nature. We can come in and find the cause, repair the leak, and then reverse the damage.
Painting
Old, peeling paint can be very unsightly if you're planning on having guests over. If you have walls or objects with peeling paint, or damage from rust, we can remove the damaged material, reprime the surface, and then repaint the area(s) with a color of your choice. Many just put the old color back.
Mold removal
Sometimes water can be leaking very slowly in your house behind the walls and go unnoticed; you're more at risk if you're a seasonal resident without a homewatch person. We have the skills to dismantle the existing structure of your home around the area of a leak where mold has been growing, and clean it up in order to put things back to normal. Hopefully you won't even have to buy new stuff!
Installs
Here's some examples of the installation work we can do. Posts, fences, windows, doors, sheetrock, pergolas, drop ceilings, carpentry work, appliances, etc.
Repairs
Some things are easy enough to fix! If you have cracked, or missing tiles in your roof, we can repair them. Rotten wood? Need a new outlet, fixture, or minor plumbing repair? Don't hesitate to ask! Estimates are free.
